Pace audio provided extensive audio visual systems in the new Albuquerque Public Schools Berna Facio Professional Development Center, opened in 2019.

These systems included a large meeting space with audio reinforcement from column array speakers mounted on the wall at the front of the room, as well as ceiling hung pendant speakers distributed through out the room for even coverage. This system also can deploy personal IR receivers for the hearing impaired. The audio system is optimized via a digital signal processor for an auto-mixed system for basic users and a manual system for more advanced presentations.

Visual reinforcement is provided by a  13k lumens laser projector on a 307 inch tab tensioned electric projection screen, as well as two cart mounted 80 inch professional displays for different room configurations. Video presentation inputs are provided at the platform, and in the control booth.  Four Pan, Tilt, Zoom (PTZ) cameras provide room visual reinforcement and are controlled via an operator located in the booth. Live streaming is also a part of the system and is accomplished via the broadcast switcher and streaming device in the control booth.

Pace also provided AV systems for the breakout rooms in the rest of the building, which can be configured for per-room presentations or overflow for the main meeting space. By deploying leading industry products for Audio and Video over IP, the A/V system provides the most flexible equipment for various presentation configurations.

The APS Professional Development Center Audio, Visual, Lighting, and Control System was designed by Shalleck Collaborative Inc out of Berkeley, California.
